AVW has embarked on an aggressive strategic initiative to horizontally grow through the acquisition of market share in the Air Force and Army business areas. To accomplish this goal, AVW seeks to hire senior level former military officers or government service civilians with significant experience in the Army and Air Force who have the initiative, desire and intellect to develop and grow their own business sectors. Qualified candidates will have achieved the rank of 0-5/GS-14, a BS/BA degree, hold a SECRET security clearance, and an intense desire to participate in a dynamic work environment with exceptional employment quality of life.
