AVW Technologies, Inc. is a small, veteran owned business that provides Professional Engineering Services to Naval Acquisition Programs, Test and Evaluation (T&E) Support to Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR) and Naval Acquisition Programs, and Engineering Management Consulting Services to ship builders. Our efforts to date have primarily been focused on surface ship acquisition, from Design through Production and Test and Lifecycle Management.

AVW is also a recognized leader in the use of Integrated Product Data Environments and Digital Product Models to support Ship Acquisition, as well as the use of Modeling and Simulation technologies to support Design, Production and T&E. Our staff includes former COMOPTEVFOR Operational Test Directors who are well versed in: distributed land based test beds and their use in design integration testing; the TWIPT; requirements documents and Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) development and approval process, to include writing the TEMP Part IV and managing Operational Assessments.
